FDM

Fused Deposition Modeling
The most versatile process. A heated nozzle deposits thermoplastic filament layer by layer, building durable parts in a wide range of materials and colours.

MSLA / Resin

Masked Stereolithography
A UV-masked LCD screen cures liquid photopolymer resin one layer at a time, producing parts with exceptional surface detail and dimensional accuracy.

  • XY resolution: up to 22 µm
  • Best for: miniatures, jewelry, dental, fine details
  • Finishes: standard, water-washable, ABS-like, flexible
Metal / DMLS

Industrial-grade metal parts produced via Direct Metal Laser Sintering (DMLS). Fully dense, heat-treatable, and machinable after printing.

Firm but flexible rubber-like filament. Excellent for phone cases, gaskets, grips, and wearables.
Shore 95A Abrasion resistant Oil resistant
TPU 85A
Softer than 95A, more like a gel. Used for vibration dampeners, soft grips, and compression pads.
Shore 85A High elongation Soft touch
Carbon Fibre PLA
PLA reinforced with short carbon fibre strands. Much stiffer than standard PLA with a matte industrial look.
High stiffness Lightweight Matte finish
Carbon Fibre PETG
CF-reinforced PETG combines stiffness with the toughness and chemical resistance of PETG. Excellent for structural brackets.

Nylon (PA12)
Tough, fatigue-resistant, and slightly flexible. Good for gears, hinges, clips, and load-bearing parts.

⚙️  Metal 3D Printing

Metal 3D printing via DMLS (Direct Metal Laser Sintering) produces fully dense, high-strength parts straight from your CAD file — no tooling, no minimum run. Ideal for low-volume production, one-off components, and geometries impossible to machine conventionally.

Post-processing options include heat treatment, CNC finishing, polishing, and anodizing — all coordinated through the quote process.

Metal printing is fulfilled through a certified industrial partner and is subject to minimum order values. Include your alloy requirements and tolerances in the quote form and I'll provide a full breakdown.

Stainless Steel 316L
Corrosion-resistant, weldable, and biocompatible. Used in medical, marine, and food-contact applications.
17-4 PH
Stainless Steel 17-4 PH
High strength, age-hardenable stainless. Common in aerospace brackets, tooling, and industrial hardware.
Ti-6Al-4V
Titanium Grade 5
Exceptional strength-to-weight ratio. Used in implants, aerospace structures, and high-performance automotive parts.
AlSi10Mg
Aluminium Alloy
Lightweight with good thermal conductivity. Suitable for heat exchangers, brackets, and complex housings.
